The Fibre King Continuous Motion Wraparound Case Packer is robust in design and reliable in operation. Built in stainless steel as standard, the range is certain to deliver many years of service, even in difficult environments.

It has been designed to accommodate a variety of product types, in a large range of case sizes and configurations, for many high speed industries.

An advanced control and servo drive system result in speeds of up to 60 cases per minute, whilst the collation, case closing and compression system ensures clean and accurately squared cases every time.

Quick change over mechanisms including motorised adjustments of major machine elements makes the WAP30-WAP60 Range ideal for modern flexible production lines.

  • 304 stainless steel frames and sheet metal (as standard; 316 stainless steel is available as an option for highly corrosive products or cleaning agents).
  • Heavy duty construction
  • Quick changeover times (fast and repeatable, motorised adjustments linked to the control system allow for easy and accurate changeover; interlocking sensing of change parts ensures machine protection during and after changeover).
  • Colour touchscreen & remote support
  • Quiet operation
  • Clean and open design (no product catchpoints)
  • Robust guarding
  • Reliability and spare parts availability
  • High capacity magazine (800-1000, unlimited capacity to expand)
