Fibre King continues to participate in Asia’s Number 1 international trade event for Food, Drink & Pharmaceutical Processing & Packaging Technology.
This was Fibre King’s 7th year exhibiting at the number one international trade event for Food, Drink & Pharmaceutical Processing & Packaging Technology in Asia held on the 12th of June 2018 at the Bangkok International Trade Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Thailand. ProPak provides the unique opportunity for Fibre King’s Australian and Thai team to come together as one and showcase their leading end of line packaging solutions.

This year the team noticed an increase in enquiry for compact, affordable equipment for both small–medium and medium–large operations with an emphasis on energy savings. “For the last two years we have focused on providing compact, robust and affordable case packing and palletising solutions for the Australian and Asian market” says James. “We are thrilled at how the Asian market has taken to our machinery with many local manufacturers understanding the cost savings involved when buying high quality, reliable machinery with local support over inferior equipment that continually breaks down and offers limited flexibility and room for growth” he adds.
Compact, affordable and reliable - Compact Modular Palletiser (CMP).
The Fibre King stand showcased one of the company’s newest machines, the Compact Modular Palletiser (CMP). Being on display for the first time the machine captured the attention of passers-by who were not only impressed by its compact, sleek design but by the fact that it was manufactured at such high quality in the Fibre King Rayong manufacturing facility. Customers found it reassuring to be able to see such high quality craftmanship from a local facility where they could expect to receive excellent local support without the headaches that come from purchasing imported machinery that held similar quality standards.
The CMP was designed specifically for palletising in facilities where space is limited, the footprint of the machine is just 2 metres wide by 3 metres long and is ideal for low-mid speed palletising applications. The machine also showed off some of Fibre King’s IOT and Industry 4.0 initiatives; on machine pallet pattern generation, operator efficiency training, real time productivity data and predictive maintenance technology.
