PF300 PAKSMART - Pick and Place Sachet Feeder
The PAKSMART® PF300 is a rotary pick & place feeder designed to accurately handle difficult 2D products at speeds of up to 300 units per minute.
The PF300 is ideally suited to products such as:

The PF300 complements the PF400 by handling products with uneven shapes, irregular edges or difficult product characteristics that are not suited to traditional friction feeding systems.
Product is loaded into an easily adjusted powered magazine with close-fitting walls and rear support for accurate side-to-side registration. A precision AC Vector Drive controls linear registration, ensuring accurate placement even in demanding applications.
Products are fed from the front of the magazine using vacuum and silicone-based cups mounted on a rotary pick & place mechanism. Magazine tabs retain the remaining product stack while O-ring belts drive products into position for pickup. Vacuum flow is controlled through static and rotary manifolds to ensure consistent product transfer and placement.
