Greg became a board member in 1986 and has more than 25 years' experience as a Company Director, Engineer and Packaging professional.

Greg was the 3rd generation Windsor to take over the company as a non-executive Director in 1986, he then became the Executive Chairman in 1995 and moved into his current Director's role in 2005.
