John has been on the board since 1998 and brings to the table a professional management background in agribusiness along with an extensive knowledge of Australian and International agribusiness value chains and markets.

John first worked with Fibre King as a management consultant in 1994.  This engagement continued through a number of domestic and international marketing projects and he became a non-executive Director in 1998 and subsequently had responsibility as Marketing Director.  John’s family took up a shareholding in the Company in 1999.  John stepped in as the transitional CEO of Fibre King between 2004 – 2005 and was elected Chairman in 2005.
