Fibre King Sets Up Shop in New Zealand to Provide Enhanced Support to Customers

As an Australian owned leading manufacturer of end of line packaging machinery, we are excited to announce the expansion of our operations in the Asia-Pacific region with the recent opening of a new office facility in New Zealand. The facility is located in Dunedin and will be our first office in the country. The move follows Fibre King’s continued success in the region where we aim to strengthen support for our new and existing customers.

We have been manufacturing solutions for nearly 100 years. As a team we believe that production facilities ought to be efficient, intelligent, and economical and are passionate about creating solutions that support this.

According to CEO James Windsor, the decision to open an office in New Zealand was driven by the increasing demand for end of line packaging machinery in the country. "New Zealand has a vibrant food and beverage industry, which is growing rapidly, and we see a significant opportunity to support our customers in the region with our advanced packaging solutions. We are confident that our advanced packaging solutions will help New Zealand manufacturers increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. We are also committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and support, and we believe that our new office in Dunedin will help us achieve this goal.”

Lee Evans has joined the company as the Territory Manager to lead the new office facility. Lee brings over 20 years of experience across various industries, including aviation, logistics, wastewater treatment, FMCG, and construction. In his new role, Lee is responsible for overseeing Fibre King's operations in the region, including sales, service, and support. Lee has a strong background in engineering and a particular focus on value engineering, innovation, cost management, and technical excellence in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls. With his extensive experience in leading teams to deliver successful projects to customers, Lee is the ideal candidate to help Fibre King expand its operations in New Zealand and provide local customer service and support.
